• Shipping Locations: We currently ship across India only.

• Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.

• Delivery Time: 4-5 business days depending on your location and product type (customized items may take longer).

• Shipping Charges: May vary based on location, order value, and ongoing offers (free shipping on all orders).

Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

• Unboxing video is mandatory for return/exchange claims.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or made-to-order outfits (e.g., bridal lehengas, special fittings)

• Products purchased on heavy discounts/sale (unless damaged)

3. Exchange Policy:

• Exchange allowed for size issues only (if available)

• Reverse pickup may not be available in all areas – in such cases, you may be asked to ship the item back

4. Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after item is received and inspected

• In case of prepaid orders, amount will be credited to the original payment method
