Cancellation Policy

At House of Bansal, we aim to offer our customers a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders may be cancelled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

A. Before Dispatch

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel your order, please email us at houseofbansalindia@gmail.com or call us at +917229050222 with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • If the order is not yet dispatched, we will process the full refund (if prepaid) to your original payment method.

Note: No cancellation requests will be accepted after 12 hours of placing the order.

B. After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • You may refuse delivery at the time of arrival, but in such cases, the shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

C. Customized or Made-to-Order Items

  • Orders for custom-sized outfits, bridal lehengas, or any made-to-order products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once placed.

  • This is due to the personalized nature of the work involved.

2. Cancellation by House of Bansal

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued

  • Pricing or description errors

  • Incomplete or unverifiable shipping details

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases:

  • We will notify you via email or phone

  • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment mode (Bank, UPI, Wallet, etc.)
